Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Ordering online is completely safe. Ink Link® Tattoos uses a Thawte SSL Key to safely secure your online orders.

Can I use a credit card over the phone?
Ink Link® Tattoos will allow orders over the phone if your order totals $100.00 or more. Please send us an e-mail and we will call you back to process your credit card over the phone.

Can I place an order online without a Credit Card?
The only way you will be able to order online if you don’t have a credit card is if you have a paypal account. Paypal allows you to pay with money in your bank account.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are as follows:
   up to $50...$5.95
   $51-$100...$7.95
   over $100 free

What if my order is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock we will let you know immediately via email. We will give you an estimated time of arrival and let you decide if you wish to keep your item on backorder or cancel the order completely.

Can jewelry orders be returned?
We sell only new and unused jewelry. The nature of our business does not warrant returns. Refer to the Terms and Conditions page for returns.

What is the difference between internally and externally threaded jewelry?
Internally threaded jewelry refers to a male ball that threads into a female shaft.

Externally threaded jewelry refers to a female ball that threads onto a male shaft. All of our jewelry is externally threaded unless otherwise noted.

What gauge or size should I order?
We strongly recommend that you contact your piercer to get an accurate measure for your jewelry. Please use the reference chart below for an conversions. Since we cannot accept returned jewelry it is advisable to get the proper measurement before placing your order.

How should I measure my jewelry?
Straight Barbells are very easy to measure. They are measured along the shaft between the balls. Straight Barbells are commonly used for piercing the tongue, eyebrow, ear or Nipple.
Curved (Bent) Barbells are measured by the inner length between the balls. Curved Barbells are primarily used with eyebrow and belly piercings, but not limited to only these areas

Circular Barbells are measured at the largest inside diameter.
Captive Bead Rings (CBRs) are measured at the largest inside diameter.
Labrets are measured along the shaft between the flat disc and ball
